Position Overview

As a Search Consultant with AKA Search Group, you will be responsible for working with our clients to provide them with high-quality recruitment experiences and finding the best talent possible for them. All the clients you will be working with have been pre-qualified by our team. You will collaborate closely with both clients and our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff and provide top-notch experiences to our clients and candidates. Whether you are new to the recruiting industry or currently working in executive search, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will receive comprehensive and hands-on training in sales and recruitment throughout your time with our company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Attend phone appointments with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Make offers, negotiate terms, and manage the contracting process for both active and passive candidates from the leads provided to you.
  • Provide follow-up calls and correspondences to prospective clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the position responsibilities.

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles required.
  • Willingness to learn about the recruitment industry and contribute to maintaining and growing our market position.
  • Passion and expertise in daily outbound communications via phone, email, etc.
  • Someone who takes the initiative, requires minimal direction, and is resourceful.
  • Reside in the greater Greenville and surrounding areas preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
