Position Overview
As the Office Manager with our client, you will be leaned on to ensure a smooth-running office, act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and will be trusted to accomplish multifaceted tasks. This position requires candidates to have extensive interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, and excellent time management skills. You will be relied upon to embrace and enhance company culture, teamwork, inter-office communications, and more.
Position Responsibilities
- Reporting office progress to management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
- Conserve company leaders time by reading, researching, and routing correspondences to the appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
- Work with operations, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure efficient communication and to provide updates of department goals to management.
- Provide oversight to team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Serves as the gatekeeper and as the first point of contact for several high-level relationships by answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Ensure adequate levels of office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the position responsibilities.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in office management, executive assistant, or administrative experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, resilient and exhibits professionalism, discipline, integrity, and discretion.
- Outstanding prioritization skills and understands the importance and time sensitivity of tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred, not required.
