Current Client Referral Program

We understand that a referral from our existing clients is the HIGHEST form of a compliment we could hope to receive. With this in mind, we want to thank you in a way that is rewarding to you, so we have created a referral program.

Your Reward:

  • Refer a new client to AKA Search Group and receive a 15% discount off your next placement after the initial placement is completed with the client you have referred.
  • Earn an additional 10% discount for every completed placement with your referred client for up to 12 months!
  • Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client within the past calendar year. 

Qualifying for the 15% Referral Program Discount is easy!

  1. Introduce us to your client referral via email or phone call.
  2. If we enter into a candidate search engagement with your client referral and we make a candidate placement with them, then you will be eligible for the 15% Referral Fee Discount.

Client Referral Program

If you are not a current client of AKA Search Group, you can also refer new clients to AKA Search Group and be eligible for a client referral fee.

Your Reward:

  • Refer a new client to AKA Search Group and receive a $2,500 referral fee after the initial placement is completed with the referred client.
  • Collect another $2,000 referral fee for for every completed placement with your referred client for up to 12 months!
  • Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client within the past calendar year. 

Qualifying for your $2,500 Referral Fee is easy!

  1. Scroll down and complete the New Client Referral Form or send an introduction email to the referred client and us.
  2. We will contact you and ask you to inform your referral that we will be contacting them.
  3. If we enter into a search engagement with your client referral within a calendar year, and we make a candidate placement with your referred client, then you will receive your $1,000 referral program fee.

Terms and Conditions

  • If the same client referral is made by more than one person, only the first person (based on the date/time of receipt of the New Client Referral Form) making the referral will be eligible for the Referral Fee Program.
  • You will receive a check in the amount of the referral fee you earned from AKA Search Group soon after we receive payment for the placement from the referred client.
  • There is no limit to the number of client referrals you can make.
  • The referral fee applies only to referrals of clients engaging recruitment services with AKA Search Group and does not apply to any other service offering or practice.
  • This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.
