Essential Job Functions
As the Acquisitions Associate with our client, your primary focus will be working with pre-qualified sellers and helping guide them through the property acquisition process. You’ll step in once leads have been vetted by the inbound lead management team, ensuring a smooth handoff and continuing the conversation with professionalism and care. From there, you’ll work to understand the seller’s needs, present offers, and assist in the successful acquisition of residential real estate properties.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist Acquisition Managers in converting leads into in-person property appointments with prospective sellers to support the lead acquisitions manager in evaluating seller needs and exploring property solutions
- Help prepare and present offers to sellers and assist in the negotiation process
- Take property photos and install lockboxes when needed to support acquisition efforts
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in our CRM system to keep the acquisitions and lead management teams aligned
- Follow up with potential sellers who were not ready to commit during the initial visit
- Communicate regularly and professionally with both sellers and team members via phone, text, and email
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed that fall within the scope of this role
Position Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn the real estate industry from the ground up
- Comfortable working in the field and occasionally traveling to seller homes
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized using digital tools (CRM experience is a plus)
- A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
