Essential Job Functions

As a Business Development Associate for our client, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate relationships, and direct outbound business development efforts. This role is centered around selling premium lead generation and sales infrastructure services to real estate investors, while expanding the company’s presence within key industry ecosystems. You will engage with high-level operators, represent the company at industry events, and play a critical role in scaling beyond referral-based growth.

The goal for this hire is to build and expand the company’s affiliate and partnership channels, strengthen outbound business development efforts, and contribute directly to scaling the organization’s client base and revenue.

Position Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through affiliate partnerships, referral relationships, and direct outbound business development efforts
  • Sell the company’s core service offerings including cold calling lead generation, lead management services, and text-based outreach solutions to real estate investors
  • Build, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships as a key growth channel for the business
  • Represent the company at industry events, masterminds, and conferences while building relationships and generating new business opportunities
  • Engage in high-level conversations with experienced real estate investors and operators to understand their business needs and position solutions effectively
  • Overcome objections by clearly articulating return on investment and performance metrics tied to the company’s services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, lead handoff, and ongoing account success
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, affiliate channels, and strategic relationships that align with company growth objectives
  • Maintain and expand relationships within key real estate investing communities and networks

Position Qualifications

  • Moderate understanding of the real estate investing ecosystem, including wholesaling, fix-and-flip strategies, and lead generation processes
  • Proven experience selling to real estate investors or within related service or SaaS environments
  • Ability to sell premium services by communicating value and differentiating from lower-cost competitors
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a network-driven and partnership-focused sales approach
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups, including speaking at events or participating in industry panels
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Podio, REI Reply, or similar platforms
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment with a high level of accountability
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, lead generation performance indicators, and ROI-based selling strategies.
