Essential Job Functions
As the Investor Relations Associate with our client, you will be relied upon for identifying, qualifying, and cultivating relationships with prospective accredited investors. You will work closely with senior investor relations leadership to ensure seamless investor experiences and build a robust pipeline of capital partners. Your primary function is to generate qualified investor conversations that lead to meaningful relationships and capital commitments for multifamily syndication offerings.

Position Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between qualified accredited investors and senior investor relations team members, ensuring proper preparation and documentation.
- Qualify and educate prospective investors on the value proposition of passive multifamily real estate investing and our client’s investment approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors through consistent follow-up communications and providing relevant market updates and investment opportunity information.
- Utilize the company CRM to track investor activity, document conversations, update lead status, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
- Support the investor relations team in preparing materials, responding to investor inquiries, and facilitating the onboarding process for new limited partners.
- Stay informed on current multifamily market trends, investment offerings, and company performance to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the position responsibilities.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in outbound sales, business development, financial services, or investor relations roles required.
- Background in finance, wealth management, or real estate preferred but not required, we are looking for someone with the right communication skills and relationship-building abilities to excel in this role.
- Willing to learn about multifamily syndication and the accredited investor landscape. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proven track record relationship development via phone and email.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, requires minimal direction, and can operate resourcefully.
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Comfortable working until 5pm PST to cover West Coast market hours.
- Must reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zones to accommodate West Coast coverage requirements.
