Essential Job Functions
As a Marketing Manager for our client, you will take ownership of the day-to-day execution, optimization, and systemization of the company’s multi-channel marketing operation. You will be responsible for generating qualified seller leads across paid and organic channels, managing vendors, automating lead flow processes using AI tools, and maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
You will work closely with the founders and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand identity while delivering performance-driven results. This is a tactical operator role, ideal for someone who thrives on translating strategic direction into high-volume, high-precision execution.
The role is primarily in-office or hybrid, with a strong preference for physical presence during the first year to accelerate collaboration, build trust, and systematize workflows.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of lead generation campaigns across PPC, direct mail, radio, and organic content.
- Track performance against key metrics such as cost per lead, lead-to-contract ratio, and channel ROI.
- Rebuild and maintain CRM structure, lead flows, and tagging systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement AI tools to support campaign automation, lead scoring, data cleaning, and vendor optimization.
- Hold external agencies and contractors accountable for timelines and performance.
- Maintain brand voice fidelity across platforms while remixing legacy content for modern formats like short-form video.
- Deliver weekly reports to founders with actionable insights focused on lead quality, campaign cost-efficiency, and system integrity.
- Ensure creative assets and outreach campaigns reflect empathy, trust-building tone, and alignment with distressed seller needs.

Position Qualifications
- 3–5 years in hands-on marketing roles, ideally in real estate, high-output agencies, or growth-stage companies.
- Demonstrated experience using AI for workflow automation, content optimization, and data operations.
- Strong attention to detail and high discipline for organizing CRM systems, SOPs, and performance tracking.
- Comfort working closely with founders, receiving feedback, and translating vision into operational campaigns.
- Ability to manage vendors and media partners with accountability and professionalism.
- Sharp cognitive agility with the ability to work quickly, solve problems, and learn technical tools such as APIs and AI dashboards.
- Emotional intelligence and strong situational awareness, especially when engaging with sellers in distress or coaching external partners.
