Essential Job Functions

The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency within our client’s real estate-focused operations, directly reporting to company leadership, while optimizing reporting and processes to increase the team’s production performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on solving problems rather than accepting them as business norms. The individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining system development processes, championing accountability, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Capacity to lead change initiatives, manage transitions, and ensure staff buy-in for new processes or systems.
  • Skilled in using data analytics to inform decisions, track performance through KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven track record in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in integrating and managing technology solutions that support business operations, including CRMs or other management software.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on operational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of operations experience with a strong emphasis on process efficiency and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and finding efficiencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on system breakdowns and process improvements.
  • Possess core values such as coachability, drive, accountability, grit, teamwork, and loyalty.
  • Continuous learner with the ability to self-train and sign up for relevant courses.
